Building Back Better is the pursuit of a sustainable and inclusive recovery from the COVID-19 crisis, including for small businesses. . Building back to business-as-usual is not possible nor desirable: we need to go ‘beyond recovery’. Small business development: beyond recovery to ‘Building Back Better’ is the topic of this online conference.
